  Stone Shedder is a machine which combined two hammer crushers’ functions. It is a reasonable integrating of two rotors and has following features:

 

1. The related two rotors leads the first crushed materials by the upper rotor into the lower rotor for the second crushing, inside materials crash to each other, so to get the result that hammer crashing powder, powder crashing powder, and then finished materials are discharged directly.

 

2. without bottom sieve, high moisture material, no blocks

 

Traditional crusher with sieve bottom is not suitable for material of moisture content above 8%. Clogging happened easily when moisture content is above 10%. In this case, hammer couldn’t move, material could not be discharged, even worse, motor is destroyed, and production was effect badly.

 

Double stage without bottom sieve, is not strict with moisture materials, so no blocks appearance, never say that fine powder can’t flow in time, material be repeat crushed, and hammer works in avail.

 

3. Unique double action adjustment art

 

After the hammer wore and tore, the gap between the hammer and the liner-plate become large and so does the material size, at the moment, adjustment of hammer from the middle to the liner-plate, make the distance between them shorter, so the machine can continue to be used, which reduce the investment and save the cost.

Double stage crusher lubrication system changed traditional way of filling oil through yellow nozzle and oil cup. Equipped with centralizing lubrication distribution pump, oil is supplied through multi-channel one step operating. The machine can fill lube oil to bearing under working state at any time convenience and quickly. Because oil channel is closed circuit, bearing can be prevented from damaged by invasion of dust.
