Applications of wood chips rotary dryer:

Components of wood chips dryer: 

Jingying  Rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers. Working principle of wood chips dryer:  Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gas stream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end (known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the discharge end (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case the dryer is called a direct heated dryer.
